About

I’ve lived in Florida my entire life. I grew up in Tampa, then moved to Clearwater when I was 15 to spend more time surfing. After a few years there, I moved to St. Petersburg and started my free apartment referral service. I posted apartments in Tampa, FL to help new locals find a place to live. I would go place to place researching the different apartment buildings, taking pictures, and posting reviews online. For me, finding an apartment was a pain in the butt. So, I started my apartment finding service to help other people find places to rent more easily. My website had plenty of reviews for people to check out and of course phone numbers to contact all the building managers.

After leaving Tampa, I was on a mission to become the best apartment locator in Orlando. I traveled to Edgewood, Lake Eola, Conway, and all of the different neighborhoods to identify quality apartments that people could rent. I listed the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, the appliances available, public transportation nearby, the parking available in the area, distance to stores and laundromats, and much more.

It was a great apartment finder because there was nothing else online at the time that was helpful for it. Today, people can use Craigslist and all kinds of other apartment referral solutions to find a good place, so it’s become less popular.
